Making the Best Truffles is Andrea’s® Legacy
Like her chocolates, founder Andrea Davis is a San Diego native and award-winning chocolatier.
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Andrea started a home-based business crafting her handmade truffles. The distinctive chocolates grew in popularity and soon Andrea’s Truffles was a success throughout the San Diego area.
Andrea makes all of her products in small batches with fresh ingredients, putting endless creativity into her combinations. The quality of each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced from local San Diego toasted coconut, candied pecans, buttery brittle, cereal crunch and more.
Andrea’s Truffles is featured in some of her favorite local businesses. She often collaborates with breweries and restaurants to bring her customers fun and unique tasting events. Andrea is making more than just truffles with the recent addition of candy bars, peanut clusters, bonbons and her famous chocolate crack.
Only the Finest Ingredients
We pride ourselves on using pure and local ingredients in our truffles to make sure they are their absolute trufflin’ best. We’ve also elevated our flavor game to give our customers a unique and undeniable taste experience.
Our truffles include locally-sourced ingredients like our lemon and vanilla-infused creme fraiche topped with homemade candied lemon made with citrus from actual San Diego produce suppliers; or, our cognac ganache truffle crowned with complementing, savory sparkles of local sea salt hand-harvested from San Diego Scripts Pier.
We believe that amazing truffles start with the amazing ingredients, and that’s why Andrea’s Truffles™ is committed to using only the best.
We Make a Good Pair
We love collaborating with local artisans and combining our powers to produce amazing tasting experiences. One that might surprise you? Beer. Pairing our truffles with craft brews has been a major success and has become our signature.
We work with local San Diego breweries, Mike Hess Brewing Company, Mission Brewery, Monkey Paw, and South Park Brewing to match the perfect flavor profiles of their beers and our truffles to create a unique experience.
What is the magic behind this unexpected flavor combo? The richness of our chocolate strikes an unexpected balance with the crispness and carbonation of beer. Some pairings just make sense, like the smoothness of a stout with the creaminess of our Peanut Butter Crunch Truffle; while others might delight you, such as how well our Apple Pie Truffle goes with a good pilsner.
Want to join us at a tasting event? We’d love to see you! Check out our news page or follow us on Facebook for the latest on our upcoming events.

Andrea’s Truffles has been an ardent supporter of Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center. Andrea goes out of her way to coordinate with the garden manager to choose something that is growing at Olivewood to incorporate into her truffles for our annual Seedling Soiree gala. Her little pillows of chocolate and love are always creative, remarkably delicious and a real highlight of our annual event. Thank you Andrea, we are truly grateful for you steadfast support!
Andrea’s truffles have been a staple on our menu from the minute we could get our hands on them! Our customers come back and ask for them specifically, and are always so excited to try all of her innovative and exciting new flavors! The create flavor combinations are always as delicious as they are unique, and we are happy to support a local vendor that is putting forth such a quality product.
Andrea’s Truffles is trufflin’ at it’s finest, it’s hard to match her creativity, passion and deliciousness!
When I first tasted Andrea’s Truffles, I knew I had to have them. In my bar. Every day. Each little nugget of joy that Andrea concocts is pure delight, and my patrons agree. Andrea herself has been wonderful to work with, too. So attentive to our needs, and her energy and passion shines through in the truffles. Thank you, Andrea!
